Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may apply to select products or order totals.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Velocity Karts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Velocity Karts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velocitykarts.com with photos of the damage.
