Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velocitykarts.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
